Emma was our nanny for a week in Chatel over new year. My kids 4 and 6 instantly warmed to Emma - it was like they’d already met! Emma has a natural caring ability and gentle mannerisms that make the kids feel safe and looked after. She turned up each day with a sack of surprises - Lego, puzzles, games, books, colouring which the kids LOVED - it was like Santa all over again! Emma was very engaging with the kids - asking them questions, having lots of conversations, and coming up with great sayings which the kids loved playing back to us! ‘No pee pee no ski ski !’ ....Emma ferried the kids to their two hr mid morning ski lesson each day and played with them in the snow / sledging / hot chocolate in a flask beforehand and helped them take ownership of their ski clothes eg: a ski clothes check list (gloves, helmet, goggles!’)
’When’s Emma going to be here’ was pretty much one of the first things the kids asked once they woke up in the morning! I think that sums up the brilliant impact Emma had on my kids! THANK YOU! I’d recommend her 100% and hope to be back in Chatel to reuse her!

"Super (ski) Nanny, Emma, was on hand on the mountain with her "Mary Poppins" bag full of everything they could possibly need to help with loo stops, hot chocolate stops, lunch in a self service restaurant on the mountain, sunscreen, wobbles .... even producing cards & colouring books to help entertain the children during breaks."
